Drive-data disclosure via lost FIPS drive locking

Information disclosure in NetApp ONTAP 9.12.1P8, 9.13.1P4, and 9.13.1P5 allows physically proximate attackers to read drive data. After a system reboot or power cycle, ONTAP leaves every SAS-attached FIPS 140-2 drive unlocked; reinserting one such drive leaves that drive unlocked. Physical access to an affected drive is required, and the documented consequence is disclosure of its sensitive contents without integrity or availability impact.
