Cross-site request forgery in OpenCATS 0.9.6 allows remote attackers to perform actions through an authenticated user session. The application accepts state-changing POST requests without CSRF tokens, and some state-changing actions also use GET parameters. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to visit attacker-controlled content; the demonstrated action sends an email with attacker-chosen settings.
