Administrator credential recovery via predictable password generation

Insufficient randomness in Synology DSM before 7.2-64561, DSMUC 3.1, and SRM 1.2 and 1.3 allows remote attackers to recover credentials. WelcomeApp/WelcomApp.js generates the built-in administrator password in the browser with Math.random(), while setup GUIDs consume the same predictable PRNG stream. Exploitation requires leaked setup-session GUIDs to reconstruct the PRNG state, and account takeover additionally requires the built-in administrator account to be enabled.
