Unauthenticated command execution via unneutralized downBw parameter

Command injection in TOTOlink A7100RU firmware 7.4cu.2313_B20191024 allows remote attackers to execute commands via a crafted downBw value. The /setting/setWanIeCfg handler fails to neutralize shell metacharacters in the downBw parameter before using the value in command execution. No authentication or user interaction is required, and injected commands can read or alter device data or interrupt router service.
