Unauthenticated database manipulation via unneutralized searchdata parameter
Published Mar 9, 2023 · Updated Feb 28, 2025
SQL injection in Online Student Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate database queries via crafted searchdata input. The /eduauth/student/search.php handler processes the searchdata parameter without neutralizing SQL syntax before database use. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the resulting database effects depend on the application database account's privileges.
