Unauthenticated account creation via exposed registration code

Broken access control in Trimble TM4Web 22.2.0 allows remote attackers to obtain a registration code and create an account. The UserfromUUID action at /inc/tm_ajax.msw returns the latest registration access code when uuid is empty, without requiring authentication. Possession of that code permits account registration; if it belongs to an Administrator registration, the new account receives full administrative privileges.
