CVE-2023-27192Public exploit

Service disruption via writable security preferences

Published Apr 11, 2023 · Updated Feb 11, 2025

Denial of service in DUALSPACE Super Security 2.3.7 allows attackers to disrupt the Android app through crafted preference values. The exported com.ludashi.security.SharedPrefProvider accepts unauthenticated update calls from another app and persists attacker-supplied values for security-sensitive preference keys. A malicious app on the same device can alter the server URL and virus-scan whitelist persistently, but the exact interruption mode is undisclosed.
