License decryption and forgery via hardcoded salt

Hard-coded cryptographic material in Xpand IT Write-Back Manager 2.3.1 allows local users to decrypt license data and forge license keys. The WriteBackLicenseConfig class embeds a static salt that the license creation and validation routines use as symmetric key material, making the resulting keys predictable. Access to the local installation files exposes the salt, enabling decryption of information in license strings and creation of unauthorized commercial licenses.
