Local decompiler crash via crafted WebAssembly module

Denial of service in WebAssembly Binary Toolkit 1.0.29 allows local users to crash wasm-decompile with a crafted WebAssembly module. The WrapChild routine calls std::string::append while wrapping a malformed child expression, producing an invalid memory read and segmentation fault. Processing the supplied module is required, and the consequence is termination of the current CLI process; Debian reports no security impact.
