Restricted report disclosure via unchecked runReport access
Published Apr 26, 2023 · Updated Feb 3, 2025
Incorrect authorization in MyQ Print Server and Central Server allows remote authenticated users to export restricted internal reports. The runReport function accepts a report identifier from a direct URL and generates privileged CSV exports without enforcing the caller's report permissions. Any non-administrator account can retrieve user password and PIN hashes, audit data, and printer inventory in affected releases before Print Server 8.2 Patch 32 and Central Server 8.2 Patch 22.
