Heap buffer overflow in libde265 1.0.11 allows context-dependent attackers to crash a decoder via a crafted H.265 bitstream. derive_collocated_motion_vectors uses an index derived from decoded coordinates to read colImg->slices without validating it against the vector bounds. Exploitation requires an application using libde265 to decode attacker-controlled content; the published proof demonstrates an out-of-bounds read and process abort, while code execution remains unproven.
