Decoder crash via unchecked PPS dereference

NULL pointer dereference in struktur AG libde265 1.0.11 allows remote attackers to crash a decoder via a crafted H.265 bitstream. decoder_context::process_slice_segment_header uses slice_pic_parameter_set_id to index the PPS table and dereferences the selected slot without confirming that the referenced PPS exists. The crash requires an application or user to decode the crafted stream and interrupts only that decoding process, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
