Privilege escalation via unchecked thread-pool deletion

Improper privilege management in OpenGoofy Hippo4j 1.4.3 allows remote authenticated users to delete thread-pool entries via the API. ThreadPoolController.deletePool exposes the tenant-management deletion operation without checking whether the current user is authorized for the target entry. Low-privileged access is required; successful exploitation removes thread-pool configuration beyond the user's permitted scope.
