Cookie theft via unfiltered stored article titles

Stored cross-site scripting in XiaoBingBy TeaCMS allows remote authenticated users to steal visitor cookies through crafted article titles. The article publishing path stores title text without filtering, and article views render the stored title so embedded script executes in a visitor's browser. Publishing requires ordinary-user access and exploitation requires another user to view the article; the reported consequence is cookie disclosure, with no availability impact.
