Unauthenticated service crash via unchecked gotoUrl copy

Buffer overflow in Tenda W15E firmware 15.11.0.14 allows remote attackers to crash the HTTP service via a crafted portal request. The formPortalAuth function in /bin/httpd passes the gotoUrl request parameter to strcpy without checking its length, overrunning the destination buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is interruption of the device's HTTP service.
