Unauthenticated code execution via sub_45DC58 stack overflow
Published Apr 7, 2023 · Updated Feb 12, 2025
Stack overflow in Tenda AC10 firmware 16.03.10.13_cn allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted network payload. The sub_45DC58 function writes payload-derived data beyond a stack buffer; public records do not identify the copy operation or request field. No authentication or user interaction is required; delivery can interrupt service or run code with the firmware process privileges, while the interruption mode remains undisclosed.
