Command injection in TOTOlink A7100RU firmware 7.4cu.2313_B20191024 allows remote attackers to execute root commands. The WAN-setting handler passes pppoeAcName through Uci_Set_Str_By_Idx and Uci_Set_Str into a buffer that cstesystem and execv execute without filtering shell metacharacters. The public request uses a session cookie, while the published CVSS assessment marks privileges as none; successful exploitation runs commands with root privileges.
