Remote code execution via unrestricted CSV upload
Published Mar 29, 2023 · Updated Feb 18, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in AtroCore 1.5.25 allows remote attackers to execute uploaded PHP through the Import Feed CSV attachment. The Create Import Feed attachment control accepts a PHP file without enforcing the expected CSV file type and stores it where the web server can execute it. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled PHP and exposes application configuration data.
