Application crash via unchecked NaN lookup indices

Buffer overflow in uv_encode in libtiff 4.5.0 allows context-dependent attackers to crash an application via a crafted TIFF file. When a corrupted little-endian image is converted to big-endian output, uv_encode fails to reject NaN chromaticity values before deriving lookup indices, causing an out-of-bounds read and segmentation fault. Exploitation requires an application to process attacker-controlled TIFF data through the affected LogLuv encoding path, and the demonstrated consequence is a process crash.
