Authenticated code execution via upload allowlist rewrite

Arbitrary file upload in onekeyadmin 1.3.9 allows remote authenticated users to execute code by uploading a crafted PHP file. Config#update accepts an extension-list change that adds php, after which File#upload accepts the dangerous file type. Administrator-level access is required to alter the upload configuration, and the uploaded PHP can then execute on the server.
