Parser crash via NULL module revision comparison

NULL pointer dereference in CESNET libyang 2.0.164 through 2.1.30 allows remote attackers to crash a parsing process via crafted schema input. The lys_implement function passes a NULL module revision to strcmp while implementing a parsed module that omits its revision. Exploitation requires a libyang-based consumer to pass attacker-controlled schema text to lys_parse_mem and interrupts only that parsing process.
