Command injection in TOTOlink A7100RU firmware 7.4cu.2313_B20191024 allows remote attackers to execute commands via the org parameter. The delStaticDhcpRules handler passes org through Uci_Set_Str, whose snprintf-built command reaches cstesystem and execv without neutralization. The endpoint is network-reachable; the public request includes a session cookie, while the CVSS assessment marks privileges as unnecessary.
