Script execution via stored candidate city value

Stored XSS in OpenCATS 0.9.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through a crafted candidate city value. The candidates handler accepts the city parameter at index.php?m=candidates, stores it without neutralizing HTML or script content, and later renders the value in a user's browser. A valid OpenCATS account is required, and execution depends on another user viewing the poisoned candidate data, exposing that user's session to attacker-controlled browser actions.
