Unauthenticated file disclosure via unchecked URL paths

Path traversal in Siteproxy 1.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through crafted URL paths. The local-file response path in index.js uses the request path without checking that the resolved pathname remains inside the intended directory. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful traversal discloses any file readable by the Siteproxy process, but does not establish file modification or service interruption.
