Service interruption via truncated long-number parsing

Improper input handling in cJSON 1.7.15 allows local users to interrupt dependent services with a JSON document containing a long number. The parse_number function copies at most 63 numeric characters into a fixed stack buffer, so strtod consumes a truncated value and leaves valid digits unparsed. Exploitation requires a local application path that passes the crafted document to the library; the parser rejects the document, and service interruption depends on the embedding application's error handling.
