Browser redirection via unvalidated Host header

Host header injection in the Veritas Appliance 4.1.0.1 web interface allows remote attackers to redirect browsers to arbitrary domains. The web interface copies an unvalidated Host value from a root HTTP request into the hostname of its 302 Location response. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires a man-in-the-middle position and user interaction, and the demonstrated consequence is browser redirection to attacker-controlled content.
