Remote code execution via admin SQL injection
Published Mar 16, 2023 · Updated Feb 26, 2025
SQL injection in Kirin Fortress Machine 1.7-2020-0610 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via the admin_commonuser controller parameter. The /admin.php controller passes the admin_commonuser parameter into a database query without proper neutralization, allowing crafted SQL syntax to alter query behavior and reach code-execution paths. The endpoint is remotely reachable without authentication according to the published scoring, so an attacker able to send a crafted request can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and service availability.
