Internal resource access via caller-selected probe targets

SSRF in Prometheus Blackbox Exporter 0.23.0 allows remote attackers to probe internal services and retrieve resources through the /probe endpoint. The handler accepts a caller-supplied target and directs a configured HTTP, DNS, TCP, ICMP, or gRPC module to contact that destination. The behavior is reachable when the endpoint is network-accessible without basic authentication; upstream documentation presents caller-selected targets as intended functionality.
