Unrestricted file upload in CS-Cart Multi-Vendor 4.16.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through product images. The vendor-panel image.upload endpoint accepts multipart files with disguised filename suffixes and image MIME types, including executable PHAR content, then returns the stored file path. A vendor or administrator account and product-image customization access are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code on the web server.
