Denial of service in four ManageEngine products allows remote authenticated users to crash the application through a crafted image upload. The ImageUploadServlet API trusts attacker-controlled image dimensions and allocates memory from an oversized header without pixel-size or type limits, exhausting memory despite a small file. Authentication and access to image upload are required; exploitation crashes or leaves the service unresponsive, blocking application access.
