CVE-2023-26600Network attack vector

Authenticated restricted-data access via query-report validation bypass

Published Mar 6, 2023 · Updated Mar 6, 2025

Improper privilege management in four ManageEngine support products allows remote authenticated users to read restricted PostgreSQL data. The query-report validator permits a certain PostgreSQL function in user-supplied SQL, bypassing restrictions; ZDI identifies generateSQLReport as the ServiceDesk Plus MSP locus. Access to query reports is required, and the demonstrated consequence is restricted-data disclosure rather than administrative control or service interruption.
