ntpq memory corruption via unbounded digit copying

An out-of-bounds write in NTP 4.2.8p15 allows remote attackers to corrupt the ntpq client process through malicious server data. The cp < cpdec loop in libntp/mstolfp.c copies unbounded integer digits into a fixed local buffer while advancing bp without checking remaining space. The flaw is reachable only when ntpq processes hostile numeric data; ntpd does not call the affected function.
