Serialization/deserialization mismatch in the pgmng module of HarmonyOS and EMUI allows remote attackers to interrupt service via crafted data. Huawei has not disclosed the pgmng code path, data format, or incorrect operation that causes the mismatch when untrusted serialized data is processed. Network access without authentication is sufficient according to the published assessment; only availability is affected, and the precise failure mode is undisclosed.
