Farm-wide denial of service via sparse object numbering

Uncontrolled resource consumption in XWiki Platform before 14.0-rc-1 allows remote authenticated users to cause persistent service outages. XWikiDocument stores page objects in a list and pads every missing index with null entries when an object number exceeds the current size. An account with page-editing rights can save one extreme object number, exhaust heap memory, and leave the farm repeatedly unusable whenever that document is handled.
