Adjacent-network SQL execution via unchecked cacheImage input
Published Nov 2, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in OX App Suite office 7.10.6-rev5 and earlier and 8.12 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL. The Imageconverter cacheImage endpoint executes SQL embedded in image-cache requests without validating the request content. The endpoint requires adjacent-network access, is not publicly exposed by default, and runs statements with the service database user's privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
