Cross-user signature disclosure via unchecked snippet IDs

Authorization bypass in OX App Suite backend 7.10.6-rev39 and 8.9 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' email signatures. Snippet retrieval accepts an arbitrary user-controlled snippet ID without enforcing permission for an unshared signature. Exploitation requires a valid account in the same context; the consequence is confidentiality-only disclosure of another user's signature.
