Out-of-bounds read in Adobe Substance 3D Designer 12.4.0 and earlier allows attackers to execute code through a crafted USDC file. The USDC parser reads past the end of an allocated memory structure when it processes crafted file data; no deeper function-level detail is public. Execution requires a user to open the file, and resulting code runs with the current user's privileges on Windows or macOS.
