Memory disclosure via USD buffer over-read
Published Apr 12, 2023 · Updated Mar 5, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in Adobe Dimension 3.4.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to disclose sensitive memory through a crafted USD file. The USD parser trusts crafted file data and reads past the end of an allocated buffer, exposing adjacent process memory and weakening ASLR. Exploitation requires a victim to visit a malicious page or open the file; the documented direct impact is information disclosure.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
