SSRF in Jenkins Code Dx Plugin 3.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to send blind requests to attacker-chosen URLs. The doFillProjectIdItems, doCheckSelfSignedCertificateFingerprint, and doCheckUrl endpoints pass an unvalidated URL into CodeDxClient, which connects to the supplied host. Overall/Read permission is sufficient; responses remain unreadable, but reachable internal hosts and paths can be probed.
