Local file disclosure via license parser XXE

XXE in Talend Data Catalog before 8.0-20220907 allows local users to read files through a crafted license XML document. The license parser processes attacker-controlled XML while permitting external entity resolution, causing it to access local resources named by the document. A user must cause the application to parse the crafted license file; disclosure is limited to data readable by the parser process.
