Path traversal in STAGIL Navigation for Jira before 2.0.52 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files without authentication. The snjFooterNavigationConfig endpoint uses the unchecked fileName query parameter for file retrieval, allowing traversal outside the intended image location. Any network-reachable Jira instance with the affected plugin and a configured navigation image exposes files readable by the Jira service account.
