Authenticated arbitrary SQL execution
Published Jul 19, 2023 · Updated Oct 24, 2024
SQL injection in TIBCO EBX Add-ons 4.5.17 and earlier, 5.6.2 and earlier, and 6.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute SQL. TIBCO identifies the Data Exchange Add-on as the affected locus but does not disclose which import input reaches an SQL statement or how neutralization fails. Access requires network reachability to the EBX server and a low-privileged account with Data Exchange import permissions; successful use can update, insert, or delete external-table data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
