System file disclosure via path traversal
Published May 25, 2023 · Updated Jan 16, 2025
Path traversal in the server component of TIBCO EBX Add-ons 4.5.16 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read system files. TIBCO has not published the affected endpoint or the path-normalization failure that permits traversal outside an intended directory. Low-privileged application access is required, and exposure is limited to files readable by the web server.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
