Process crash via malformed QR byte count

Null-pointer dereference in OpenCV WeChat QR Code Module 4.0 through 4.7 allows remote attackers to crash a consuming process via a crafted QR code. When a byte segment declares more bits than remain, DecodedBitStreamParser::decodeByteSegment miscalculates the repaired count and indexes element zero of an empty buffer. Exploitation requires an application to decode the crafted QR code; the established consequence is termination of that process, not data access or code execution.
