Arbitrary file read via root-prefix path check

Path traversal in nbluis static-server 2.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to read files outside the served root via crafted URLs. The validPath function accepts a resolved pathname whenever its string begins with rootPath, so a sibling directory sharing that prefix passes the check. No authentication or user interaction is required; disclosure is limited to files readable by the server process under a prefix-matching path.
