OS command injection in the bwm-ng npm package 0.1.1 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary commands through the check function. The check function in bwm-ng.js accepts an attacker-controlled interface array without neutralizing shell metacharacters before invoking the bandwidth-monitor command. Reachability requires the ability to run Node.js code in the target environment; injected commands execute with that process's privileges.
