Local command execution via unsanitized target path

OS command injection in n158 1.4.1 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted project name. The initProject.js export concatenates targetPath into sh -c strings passed to shell.exec for npm install and npm start without shell escaping or validation. Exploitation requires the ability to run Node.js code in the target environment, and injected commands run with the invoking process's privileges.
