File disclosure via vulnerable path prefix check

Path traversal in Cloudhead node-static and Nubo Software @nubosoftware/node-static 0.7.11 and earlier allows remote attackers to read files. servePath normalizes the request path but uses startsWith() as a containment test, allowing a sibling path whose name begins with the web-root string. No authentication or interaction is required; disclosure is limited to readable files reached through a matching path prefix.
