Authentication bypass via hidden hard-coded root account

Use of hard-coded credentials in Advantech R-SeeNet 2.4.22 and earlier allows remote attackers to authenticate as a root-level user. The database configuration creates an additional root-level account that the web application omits from its user list, and its password cannot be changed. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient to bypass the normal login boundary and obtain the hidden account's application privileges.
