Arbitrary command execution via unsanitized directory path

Command injection in eBay SketchSVG 0.0.1 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted directory name. A shell.exec call interpolates the current working-directory path into a shell command without neutralizing command-substitution syntax. Exploitation requires the CLI to run from an attacker-named directory, and injected commands inherit the invoking user's privileges.
